LTM does it again

Great job TJ on your first 2 day races of the year. The track was in very good shape; all be it a bit dusty at times. It's tough to call how much to water over night when they're forcasting rain. Track rutted up nice with a good turn out of bikes and quads. If anyone can update me on the condition of the 2 quad racers who were injured this weekend please let me know. We're keeping you guys in our prayers and hope you'll be back on the track soon.

I will have pictures up just as soon as I can. It takes some time to go through and sort all of them. I'm getting slower every year it seems. We have changed back to leaving pictures online for 60 days after the race. If anything is down we can put it back up so just ask.

Next race for PBP? Nothing on the schedule until May 16/17 with MAORA at LTM. Who knows. I may show up somewhere before then.

Three of then nicest families watching me, watching them.

Crossroads LLQ

CRMX was in top form this weekend. Nadine, Ray, and the crew laid the groundwork perfectly for an excellent track and pit. Mother Nature did her share in trying to upset the plans, but I think all went very well considering.

I hope everyone has made it home safe and dry again. Pictures will be online as soon as I can get them sorted out.

Another weekend of rain

Didn't make it to any track over the weekend with all the rain. This is about as bad as last spring. Hey, at least I don't have my brother's 8 inches of snow! He can keep it out west, but it's cutting into his fishing season.

What's up otherwise? Not a whole lot. Still dealing with computer issue somewhat. It's back to the shop for the PC. I cannot get Photoshop and a couple other programs to reinstall. Putting me at a stand still for now on new posters. I did get the first PBP Newsletter out last week. Be sure to sign up if you haven't already.

This blog is interactive. Leave comments anytime folks. I do moderate them, but only because I had someone leave a really nasty message on a photo sharing site I had years ago. Had nothing to do with the pictures or racing, but it wasn't something I'd want my daughter to read. Any CLEAN and relative comments or messages will be put through for all to see.

Now for a little sneek peek at what's coming this season. Still works in progress.

Thank you Net-Tec!

Main workstation is back up and running. Full recovery! What would I do without the guys at Net-Tec? Thanks a million fellas.

Well, Crossroads has cancelled. Waiting for word from Backwoods. I might head down there on Sunday if they're able to run with all this rain. Here's hoping.

Wishing it was an April Fools joke

But it's no joke. I was hit with the dreaded 2009 Mal ware bug last night. My main desktop is off being restored; if possible. Thank goodness I'm at least somewhat good about backing things up. Web updates and new race pictures may be delayed a little in the next couple weeks while I get everything back in order. Hoping they can recover the new posters I was working on. I'd really hate to have to start back from scratch on those. I will probably delay the first newsletter until I get some things back to normal. Look for it next week with luck.

Note added: No race pictures were lost; thank goodness! Had a few asking. This is one nasty virus. Still haven't figured out how I ended up with it. Wasn't Internet browsing at the time and all virus protection and spyware was up to date.
